MARBLE INSTITUTE OF AMERICA MEMBERSHIP – A VERY EARLY INTERNATIONAL COMMITMENT TO QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CUSTOMER ORIENTATION

The Marble Institute of America set up a Code of Ethics for processing and installation of cut-to –size natural stone and Elle Marmi s.r.l. in 1989 was among the first European marble companies to become a supporter and member and since then holds the membership no. 182.

This way Elle Marmi s.r.l. confirms to adhere to the following principles and policies:

  • We pledge to assist in the education and product knowledge of our firm’s clients and customers (builders, kitchen & bath dealers, architects, designers, and homeowners) before, during, and after installation.

  • We shall strive to promote a spirit of cooperation within the industry.
